This book is focused exclusively on forgiveness as a way to heal. If you need to look at this aspect of life you may well benefit from reading it. As with many things in our lives, it is the topics we aren’t looking at that are typically causing us the most harm. After reading Forgiveness, it is abundantly clear that the aspect of forgiving is something that everyone can benefit from, not only the one who is doing the forgiving, but the recipient of the kind act as well.
